Old City CrossFit is a gym designed for mothers, athletes and everyone in-between in Washington and it is located at 810 H St NE, Washington, DC 20002, b/t N 9th St & N 8th St, H Street Corridor/Atlas District/Near Northeast. Old City CrossFit gym was founded by Sean and Erin in the year 2008. They were both D1 swimmers at the Naval Academy. They then later went on to serve in the military.
At Old City, their members are taught a ton of really important movements which include swinging, climbing, running, sprinting, squatting, deadlifting and much more. Their programs include SwinWOD, CrossFit, Boot Camp, CrossFit Endurance, CrossFit Kids, Children’s Swim lessons, CrossFit Moms, Adult Swim Lessons, Yoga. Old City CrossFit operates group based training classes which starts from warm up to strength training, down to mobility work and then the Workout Of the Day.
Each day, members exposed to array of many exercises that are functionally based such as kettle-bell, gymnastics and weightlifting, which produces a full body workout when they are combined and they are all aimed at increasing their members’ fitness level. At Old City CrossFit, their Work of the Day are absolutely scalable in every imaginable way.
