4U fitness was established in 2014 by Daniel Nyiri the creator of different training systems, and especially of a new concept of personal training that is sweeping through the nation. Nina Nyiri: She holds a Master’s Degree of Exercise Sport & Science from Texas State University and a B.S. of Sports Management from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi. She earned her Personal Training Certification from the American Council on Exercise in 2008. Nina has also acquired various Group Fitness Certifications including Les Mills Body Pump, Silver Sneakers for Active Older Adults and TurboKick (Cardio Kickboxing). She has been an employee with 4U-Fitness since November 2012.
Jessica West: She holds a Masters in Exercise Sports and also a personal trainer.
Erin Stern: Twice Ms. Figure Olympia, Spokesperson, Fitness Expert, Motivational Speaker, Coach, Author, & Group Instructor.
Ryan Oltz who is ISSA Certified and also a weight trainer.
