According to Brooke M. who was skeptical of her mom starting to meet with a personal trainer because she has had an experience with them in the past. After her mom’s first few sessions, and seeing how she was progressing, she wanted to train with Vicki. Every workout was planned specifically for her. She is fantastic and would recommend her to anyone looking to achieve great fitness experience.
