Thus weather you are a beginner or an experienced martial artist have various sort of program programs that fits all and sundry (children from ages 3 and above). To ensure that members receive only the best training, all instructors at the United Studios of Self Defense must graduate with a degree from the United Studios Instructors Academy.
They welcome all new members to take a free introductory self-defense class. This will give new/intending members an idea of the classes/programs and facilities available/offered at the centre. They have personalized lesson that are scheduled to clients convenience as well. All the programs/classes offered designed to improve flexibility, conditioning, agility, self-defense and coordination in members.
All members at the United Studios of Self Defense can boast of improved self-defense, stress relief, improved self-image, anxiety and shyness overcomed etc. Asides private classes, there are group sessions also with each classes charged at $3.60 per class. Some of the programs offered are:
