Moxieride is owned by someone who knows the nook and cranny of Oklahoma because that’s where she grew up She knows what the need to keep fit. However, Melissa had always had passion for fitness right from time. She played tennis in college and loves spinning. She’s is a certified spin instructor therefore fitness has been a larger share of her life.
She has spent time riding herself and as a result been incorporating series of body weight, small hand loads, resistance bands, plyometric & calisthenics exercises. Along with Melissa are series of certified trainers who are always ready to spice up your fitness level with good fitness sessions.
Moxieride is the 1st Oklahoma City spin studio offering a complete body workout using the indoor bike approach. Moxieride offers beyond 45 – 60 minute blitz to the human body.They offer thrilling plus innovative actions on a regular spin class. Music, weights & choreography are combined at the fitness center to provide a true complete mind-body experience.
It doesn’t matter whether you’re new to spinning classes or not. The Moxierideteam is readily ready to take you through real cycling experience. They coaches at the studio are experts who knows body spots needed to be worked upon, they have the required tools and equipment to do the job effectively.
