At the University Health Club fitness center they do boot camp, Brian one of the coach is the one taking people through this class. They also do the core training, High intensity interval training, revolution cycle and more. The water aerobics is one people loves so much. At the gym they are going to be taking you through different levels of fitness training. And be sure to get the best because that is the standard.
