Central Valley Strength & Conditioning
Central Valley Strength & Conditioning was established in 2015 by Michael L but according to him the roots can be traced to 2003 when he was in San Diego and running his previous facility: Foundation Strength & Conditioning. He also owned part of ManCave Fitness in Visalia before selling it too. CVSC runs the same system as his previous gyms and the philosophy and results are the same. They have been the facility that people who hasn’t had success in gyms come to excel.
CVSC is located at 7075 N Chestnut Suite 103 Fresno, CA 93720.
Michael started training athletes in 1996 mostly track and field. He very quickly realized that a good strength coach is a necessity to high level performance. He also studied movement, biomechanics, and speed development and learned how to change how athletes moved- not just increasing strength. He later applied this to non-athletes and found the results were more impressive! So he developed a system of training that improves clients movement patterns, gets rid of aches and pains, and achieves real- lasting results. They also revolutionized how personal training is done. They made it affordable without the loss of value. According to Michael he wasn’t raised in the fitness industry, so he doesn’t play by their shady business practices either.
Their areas of specialties include kettlebell training, movement improvement, sport performance, and weight loss. They have the only kettlebell sport program in Fresno, CA.
A client Faith H from San Marcos, CA said in her review of the fitness centre, Mike LoBue’s training and coaching is second to none. After living years with debilitating neck pain due to slight scoliosis, she went to see a physical therapist that told her that the condition would only get worse and that her only hope was to refrain from some of her favorite activities like hiking, running and yoga.
But training with Mike has changed all that for her as it helped increase her strength, conditioning and knowledge of how to move more efficiently. He also cultivates a social culture where ever he trains that makes it fun. You never feel alone and isolated at his gym or as if it is a chore. It will become the highlight of your day to get stronger with your friends.
