Verdant represents the cutting edge of comprehensive group Fitness with Verdant Fit, CrossFit, Olympic lifting, and Teen/Kids Strength and Conditioning classes. CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movement, done at relatively high intensity. Verdant CrossFit does a bunch of different workouts, comprised of simple body-weight and free-weight movements. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. The facility teaches and coaches the Olympic lifts and related barbell exercises for health, fitness, sports performance, and competition. It also offers weightlifting coaching in an old-school environment and Strength and Conditioning for teenagers and pre-teens. It teaches basic lifts as well as complex lifts as students’ progress. Verdant CrossFit also offers gym wide nutrition challenges and publish them through their website. Verdant CrossFit works with Precision Nutrition and also offers Precision Nutrition and Personal Training to clients.
