PUSH CrossFit specializes in CrossFit, Strength & Conditioning, Personal Training, and a Juice Bar/Food Bar. Their philosophy is that you can start bettering your health at any age and at any point in your life. They are here to uplift, motivate and better everybody’s best. PUSH offers eight trainers with a wide variety of certifications and backgrounds! Whether you’re interested in personal training, cross-training, sports-based training, tactical training, leaning out, losing weight, or putting on muscle—they know what to do to help you achieve your goals. Remember workouts are on the hour! Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early for your first class, if you get there after class begins, they may not be able to let you train for that hour. Getting there early allows time for you to fill out a mandatory signup sheet, meet the coach or coaches for that hour, get acquainted with their awesome gym and of course to warm up before the workout.
