Pure Barre – Bellevue is a gym that deals with Barre Classes. Pure Barre features four group class formats that deliver an effective total body workout focused on low-impact, high-intensity movements that lift and tone muscles and improve strength, agility, and flexibility for everybody. Pure barre signature classes include: foundations ( it is a 50-minute class taught in a small group setting where teacher introduces clients to the basic movements of Pure Barre at a slower pace), classic (It is the fastest, most effective, full-body workout offered, the class guides clients through a series of low-impact high-intensity movements designed to strengthen and tone the body in ways that no other technique can), empower( Pure Empower is a cardio-centric total body workout, where  the Classic technique meets dynamic strength training to create a high-intensity barre workout. The 45-minute Empower class blends Pure Barre Classic with cardio-centric movements using ankle weights and a small step bench to elevate the heart rate and improve cardiorespiratory fitness) and reform (Pure Reform is a total body workout that uses resistance-based training to target all major muscle groups).
