They specialize in Heated and Unheated Power Yoga – a 60- or 75-minute  practice that will tone and strengthen the body. You will be amazed at how strong and flexible the body becomes with consistent practice! Beginners and students with injuries are also welcome; all instructors are Registered Yoga Teachers through Yoga Alliance and will offer modifications so all levels feel welcome and supported.
Each class starts with a warm-up, moves through a sequence of poses, connected by the breath, and finishes with a cool down and Savasana. No two classes are the same!
