Impact Strength and Performance is a gym in Bellevue that technically focuses on two areas which are: Adult Transformations (involves helping busy men and women  quickly transform their body with easy-to-follow meal plans (that only need to be followed 80% of the time) and fat-burning specific workouts – so they can finally fit into clothes that fit and boost their confidence knowing they took back control of how they look and feel) and Young Athlete Training (involves helping athletes make more ‘big-plays’, prevent injuries and attract the attention from coaches by dramatically increasing their explosive speed, power, quickness, and strength). Also, half of the training facility in Impact Strength and Performance is loaded with barbell racks, dumbbells, assault bikes, kettlebells, steel maces, sandbags, and other functional and traditional training tools. While the other half of the gym is designed for free and holistic movement with 20 yards long and 10-yard wide premium field turf to perform sled pushes, banded sprints, battle rope exercises, and other full-bodied, athletic movements.
