Good Time Fitness is a gym in Bellevue that focuses primarily on 1-on-1 personal training and small group training. The facility also implements many of the concepts used in Starting Strength: Basic Barbell Training and Practical Programming for Strength Training. Also, in this facility, clients have a personal folder made for them that contain the repetitions, resistance, and duration of each workout, so as to make sure that they are making progress. Clients are also taught compound movement training exercises, a compound movement uses more than one joint, an example is the Bench press (elbows and shoulders) or Squat (hips and knees), both exercises use more than one joint and these exercises are chosen because they’ll utilize more musculature than a single joint exercise which will generate results faster. Good time fitness’s main aim is to help people find a passion for fitness and achieve their fitness goals whether if it’s weight loss, gaining lean muscle tissue, or just improving their overall fitness level.
