This group session revolves around our 5 main barbell lifts which are Bench Press, Power Clean, Front Squat, Back Squat, and Deadlift. Classes consist of a soft introduction to fundamental movements designed to: Increase joint mobility, Increase muscle flexibility, Developing strength to accommodate and support your body weight, Develop muscle endurance to sustain movement over an extended period.
