An official CrossFit Affiliate since 2016.​They are the first and only CrossFit affiliate located in Cleveland Heights. They are a community of trainers, athletes, and everyday people working hard towards a fitter, healthier, sustainable lifestyle. Their programming embraces CrossFit philosophy. It can be described as Constantly Varied, Functional Movements, Executed at High Intensity.

They strive to not only see each of their athletes achieve things they never thought possible, and set new personal goals, but also they pride themselves on creating a fun welcoming community where everyone feels like they belong.
