All the training conducted follows one core theme which is functional movement training and mobility. Body Basic’s goal is to keep clients healthy, active, mobile, and free to live and enjoy the wonderful outdoor life Idaho has to offer. Body basics has trainers that are not only true professionals but care deeply about helping people live life more fully and also, the facility’s dietitian is incredibly well researched and credentialed having coached world-class athletes.
