The sweat social is led by the team of certified fitness instructors and range from high-intensity classes, to yoga and pilates, to guided running tours. This is not a Bootcamp, these are instructor-led fitness experiences. They will make you move in different ways, incorporating high and low impact forms of exercise to maximize calories burned as well as strengthen your entire body. They make the most of the time they have with you and focus on effective, efficient results that burn off the calories you don’t want to float around after your trip. Designed to be a true New Orleans experience, this class will kick your hangover, burn off your beignets, and get your body bumping to classic NOLA beats. You may also get to enjoy an instructor in costume, a post-workout cocktail, they can accommodate any size group, any fitness level, and any workout requests.
