Ascent Life Fitness focuses on Boot Camps, Trainers and interval Training Gyms. Ascent Life Fitness works with the belief that fitness is a lifestyle and it uses a fitness protocol known as High-Intensity Interval Resistance Training (HIRT) that raises metabolic activity and gets real results in short sessions. The facility offers fun, 45-minute, small group training sessions with coaches that both correct form and workout with their classes. Ascent Life Fitness focuses on functional movement at intense intervals for maximum lean muscle building workouts that boost metabolism, increase mobility and heal the body. However, the workouts are broken down a bit in order to make them stronger and more capable. The facility has put in place 3-5 sessions of only forty-five minutes per week to keep clients in a near-constant state of increased metabolic activity, improving their life and health.
