10.Mike’s Fitness
Mike’s fitness, which has been the Inland Empire’s magazine best gym for the past eight years, is located at 5922 Magnolia Ave, Riverside, CA 92506. It was established by Mike Elliot nine years ago. Mike had been a personal trainer for over 14 years and was awarded the lead fitness trainer at UTC Riverside Aerospace 2007.
Mike’s fitness believes that to achieve a personal goal, they must first help their client define their specific and realistic goals and set a time frame to achieve it. Mike’s fitness design embodied plans, which may involve exercise and nutrition, which is fit for the user. With this plan, the user can achieve their fitness goal like weight loss, lean muscle development, tone, stress management and building of strength.
Mike’s fitness trainers have over 25 years of experience and have therefore been awarded as the Inland Empire Hotlists top personal trainers. They help the client maintain a positive mental attitude and to also motivate the clients so they don’t give up.
The classes available are personal training, cardio and weight training, one-on-one coaching sessions, boot camps, personalizednutrition plan andmarathon training.
Their opening hours: 9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm on Saturday. Its closedon Sundays.
Heidi C reviewed that he was able to achieve great changes in his first three weeks and also confessed that Mike is the best trainer he ever had. Tracy A has been training with Mike for almost a year admits he is awesome and that she always look forward to the working out sessions.
