With the sole aim of transforming lives through fitness, Dennis Kaps and Patrick Woods founded the CrossFit Clintonville, both graduate of the Ohio State University and extensive years of experience in the fitness industry.. They welcome people of all age and fitness levels who sincerely desire to attain higher level of fitness and change their life for the better. They also offer various programs all tailored at meeting the specific needs of their clients through scheduled crossfit classes and great team building via fitness. Users will also enjoy what is called Keynote presentation, an avenue where the team is provided with meaningful healthy lifestyle information. Anyone who desires to be part of the CrossFit Clintonville will be required to take a CrossFit 101 class valued at $49. This class is essential as the foundation and to ensure safety in all crossfit classes. It is scheduled for just 2 weeks and it’s 2 classes per week.
The classes offered include CrossFit 101 as explained above, effective crossfit group classes that are fun-filled as well and guaranteed to get you in the best shape of your life, community Workout of the Day (every Saturday), RX Classes for peopel with the spirit of competition etc. They also hold a weekly based physical therapy class powered by Rehabilitation Redefined, LLC.
