Katherine has a background as a class instructor, Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Lifestyle; Weight Management, Core Conditioning Specialist and Class Instructor. She has been able to help her fellow women gain more confidence from their new fit and toned body.
Katherine has used her experience and passion to help a lot of women of different sizes, fitness level and ages to transform their lives, burn fat, build strength, lose weight and look tone.
