Owner & Head Coach of CrossFit BR. Dwayne has been involved in CrossFit since 2009 when a friend opened an affiliate. Since then he has been a student of the methodology and now into the sport. His passion for watching people exceed their own expectations and consistently meet new fitness goals is what keeps him waking up every morning.

When it came to showing him all the different exercises, Dwayne understood of the fact that he had questions about stances, weight, and techniques. It is a no frills place but it is perfect for those serious about crossfit already or those who are just beginning. Everyone in the class was very friendly and supportive.
