When Cappy started this gym, he had just a few heavy bags and a mission to provide “Boxing for Everyone.” Today, Cappy’s continue to provide this at the gym with diverse, challenging but fun workouts by a highly skilled coaching staff that greets you by name with a smile. Everyone who steps inside Cappy’s Boxing gym experiences the benefits of boxing, community and individual growth.
As Cappy’s Boxing Gym has grown and matured so has its connection to the community. They work with local schools and businesses to promote health and well being. Also, they bring residents, business owners and visitors together to strengthen their Central District pride.
Cappy’s Boxing Gym does not only offer exercise and workout packages they also have other special programs. Such include: Life coaching that helps you to get in Shape to attain your Short Term and Long Term Goals by putting a Coach in your corner every day in every way. This will help take your Training to the next level. Also Cappy’s Boxing Gym organises boxing conpetitions to help promote Competitive Boxing and help you to train to compete as an amateur boxer. There are also community outreaches organised.
