Dark Horse: One of the most unique programs one can ever get from this true fitness center is the dark horse. The trainings here are such designed to complement the crossfit sessions. This program was come about due to experience with crossfit fundamental principles. Dark horse program is strictly meant for you and you alone. The only person you get to compete with here is yourself. After completion of the exercise you’ll be appreciated by fellows but you alone know what you went through to achieve your desired goal.
Strength: The strength program is meant to blend what crosslifts holds. Doing this program properly increases your overall strength during the six weeks cycle.
Personal training: This program is packaged for those who want personal trainers. Demands are made to get this done rightly.
